1. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small text files stored by a browser when you visit a website. First-party cookies are set by the service you visit; third-party cookies are set by another provider whose technology is used by that service.

Similar technologies include local storage, software development kits, pixels and other mechanisms that store or access information on a device. This Policy refers to all of them collectively as “technologies.”

2. Where this Policy applies

This Policy applies to:

• The public Checkup website at instantcheckup.app and its localized pages.
• The Checkup application, Agent and mobile applications when they use browser or device storage covered by this Policy.

3. Strictly necessary technologies

The Checkup application may use technologies required to authenticate users, maintain sessions, route traffic, prevent fraud, protect accounts and provide features specifically requested by the user. The Service may not function correctly without them.

Where the law provides an exemption for strictly necessary technologies, we use them without consent. We still describe their purposes and limit them to what is reasonably necessary.

4. Public website storage

As of the effective date, the public Checkup website does not use first-party cookies or local storage to remember a pricing region. Public pricing is currently presented for the United States in US dollars.

The language of a localized page and its current section are represented in the page address rather than stored as a browser preference.

When a visitor uses Display preferences, the selected accessibility settings are saved in local storage on that device. These settings are not sent to Checkup and can be removed with the Reset preferences control or browser storage controls.

5. Analytics and advertising

On marketing pages in all supported languages, you can separately choose usage analytics, session replay and business identification. Optional features stay off until you consent. Activity in our usage analytics, replay and business-identification service is retained for up to 90 days.

Google Analytics and our usage analytics measure pages, selected clicks, scrolling, and form progress after you consent. We do not collect what you type. Recordings show approved public website text. Inputs and private content stay hidden; sensitive screens are excluded. A service suggests a company from your network address. With your permission, submitted contact details can be linked to activity from this browser. A company match does not identify a person.

Google Analytics 4 receives consented usage data on the live website in all supported languages. Its cookies expire after 90 days. Event data is retained for 2 months and user data for 14 months, resetting on new activity; aggregate reports are outside these limits. Advertising consent remains denied; Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled.

6. Your controls

Use Cookie preferences in the footer to accept, reject or change each optional purpose. Choices are stored locally for 90 days. Withdrawal stops future optional capture; Global Privacy Control keeps optional features off. Contact [email protected] to request access or deletion. Browser settings can also clear site storage. Blocking necessary technologies may prevent login or other requested features from working.

Available controls may include:

• Clearing site data for instantcheckup.app in your browser settings.
• Blocking cookies globally or for a particular site.
• Using private-browsing controls that restrict persistent storage.

7. Updates and contact

We may update this Policy when our technologies, providers or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.

A service provider may set a strictly necessary technology on our behalf and process information under its agreement with DEV IT LLC. Any optional third-party technologies will be identified when introduced.
